SCREEN PRINTING

With the DuraSeal and DuraPor aluminium base plates, Polychromal supplies PoroPrint screen printing pastes and the cleaning agent PoroClean, a total solution for screen printing in anodised aluminium plates with open pores. After sealing, the result is an extremely scratch-resistant, colourfast and weather-resistant print. The materials are extremely suitable for production in medium to large series.

BASE PLATES

The DuraSeal and DuraPor aluminium base plates for screen printing applications are available in various sizes and thicknesses and with a mat, satin or glossy surface structure.

INKS & CHEMICALS

PoroPrint silkscreen paste provides intensive coloration for optimal imaging in anodised aluminium base plates. The paste is immediately ready for use and contains a high dye concentration. This also makes it suitable for intensely colouring thin anodised layers. The PoroPrint silkscreen paste is available in 10 basic colours and several mixing colours. In addition Polychromal also supplies a transparent screen printing paste to cut the colours and a cleaning agent to clean the printed and sealed plates.

ACCESSOIRES

For further finishing of the printed anodised aluminium plates, Polychromal provides double-walled and insulated stainless steel sealing tanks with associated sealing racks and covering balls.
